         本次竞赛面向全球，不限年龄、身份、国籍。相关领域的个人、高等院校、科研机构、企业单位、初创团队等，只要掌握一定的区块链技术，拥有创新的区块链应用创意，都可以报名参加本次大赛。
         由于大赛有时间限制，参赛战队数量暂定为25个，主办方根据参赛要求保留初步筛选战队的权利。
         大赛主办方将为参赛战队提供食宿及后勤服务，让战队能够在舒适的环境中专注开发。

 参 赛 要 求

1、参赛战队成员数量为2-5人，每人只能参加一支队伍；

2、参赛战队须及时提供真实、准确、有效的战队信息；

3、参赛队伍需自己携带电脑和数据线，主办方提供现场的插线板及网络。

 参 考 选 题

1、区块链应用
        根据工信部发布的数据，截止2018年5月底，国内市场上的移动应用就达到415万款，仅ios系统上的国内应用就超过182万款。同时，像微信这样的应用日活跃用户数量更是高达数亿级。按照移动互联网这个数量级的应用来讲，区块链的应用开发才刚刚开始。
        优秀的区块链应用能够展现区块链的实际价值，能够降低普通人了解区块链的门槛，推动区块链的发展，让更多人了解区块链。大赛组委会希望参赛队伍可以创造出令无数人尖叫的区块链应用。

2、技术方案
       参赛队伍可以针对已有的优质区块链项目上的技术难题，给出自己的技术解决方案，为已有的优质区块链项目的生态建设和发展贡献力量。
       为了鼓励技术团队大胆创新，在合理合法的基础上，主办方原则上不会限制参赛队伍的参赛题目。

奖 项 设 置

       优胜的参赛战队除了能够获得丰厚的奖金之外，还将获得大赛主办方颁发的证书和奖杯，并有机会获得知名投资机构投资和业内外众多知名媒体曝光。

        At present, the blockchain is becoming one of the hottest technologies such as big data, VR, and AI. The governments and international companies around the world have laid out their plans to try to use the blockchain in practice. However, the blockchain development technology has high thresholds, the developers are scarce, and the standards are immature. The commercial cases and scenarios are still in the initial stage. Talent cultivation and business innovation need to “going global”.
        Organized by Gaici Labs, BCH Community, Mars Finance, Golden Finance, China Internet Commerce Industry Internet Branch, Co-organized by Tsinghua X-lab, Consensus Lab, Bitkan, SegmentFault, EOSPACE, ORACLECHAIN, the 2nd Global Blockchain Geek Competition aims to attract teams and companies with technical strengths from around the world to participate in the competition, gather senior blockchain technology judges and guests from around the world, build a platform for technical exchanges and innovative project demonstrations, and explore together. The application of blockchain technology will improve the efficiency and output value of the entire industry.
        The competition will also integrate the strengths of the community, invite many well-known investment institutions and media in China and abroad to explore projects with potential, value and influence, and create a good environment and conditions for project financing and application promotion.

ARRANGEMENT

 Applicants' Qualification
        The competition is global, regardless of age, identity, or nationality. Individuals, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, enterprises, start-up teams, etc. in related fields, as long as they have certain blockchain technology and innovative blockchain DApps ideas, can sign up for this competition.
        Due to the time limit of the competition, the number of participating teams is tentatively set at 25, and the organizer reserves the right to initially select the team according to the requirements of the competition.
        The organizers of the competition will provide accommodation and logistics services for the participating teams, so that the team can focus on development in a comfortable environment.

Participation Requirements
1. The number of Applicants team members is 2-5, and each one can only participate in one team;

2. Applicants teams must provide true, accurate and effective team information in a timely manner;

3. Applicants teams must carry their own computers and data cables. The organizers provide on-site patch panels and networks.

1, Blockchain DApps
        According to the data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as of the end of May 2018, the number of mobile applications in the domestic market reached 4.15 million, and the domestic applications on the iOS system alone exceeded 1.82 million. At the same time, the number of daily active users of applications like WeChat is hundreds of millions. According to the application of the mobile Internet, the application development of the blockchain has just begun.
        The excellent blockchain application can show the actual value of the blockchain, which can reduce the barriers for ordinary people to understand the blockchain, promote the development of the blockchain, and let more people understand the blockchain. The competition organizing committee hopes that the participating teams can create blockchain applications that scream for countless people。

2, Technical Solutions
       The participating teams can give their own technical solutions to the technical problems in the existing high-quality blockchain projects, and contribute to the ecological construction and development of the existing high-quality blockchain projects.
       In order to encourage the technical team to boldly innovate, on a reasonable and legal basis, the organizer will not limit the development direction of the applicants teams in principle. 

Awards

        In addition to the generous bonuses, the winning teams will also receive certificates and trophies from the organizers of the competition, and have the opportunity to gain investment from well-known investment institutions and will be reported by 100+ well-known media.

Max Creativity

          The innovation blockchain DApps display is an independent session in this competition. Teams signing up for the innovation blockchain DApps show will have the opportunity to showcase in the competition venue. The show must be developed from the perspectives of technology realization, innovation and market value. It cannot be promoted in the form of road show
          After the application of the innovative blockchain DApps is completed, according to the comprehensive score, the top 3 innovative blockchain DApps with the highest scores will be awarded the “Best Innovation Blockchain DApps ”award，certificate by the organizer of the competition and the well-known rating agencies in the industry.
           All the innovative blockchain DApps applied for the Max Creativity Show, should be selected by the orgnizers. Finally, the organizers will select 9 high-quality innovative blockchain DApps and officially join the Max Creativity Show.
