● Stellerro was incorporated in August 2018.

Jurisdiction 司法管辖区

Stellerro offers fully compliant ESMA regulated STO, allowing public offerings under one jurisdiction to be extended to other EU members. The STRO token offered by Stellerro will be marketed under the Spanish Securities Market Law, article 35.2.

Technology 技术运用

Stellerro follows ERC-20 and ERC-1400 protocols for the tokenization process with Ethereum blockchain to facilitate secure transfers of data. The company also chose Ethereum for its broad use, thus having the highest potential to be universally adopted. In addition, the company utilizes AI to increase  automation in the issuance process. To provide compliance with STO, Stellerro utilizes a range of protocols from KYC providers (Know Your Customer) to whitelist investors to specific accreditation requirements.
