‘ZCON PROTOCOL’ is a blockchain ‘video+shopping’ platform that exposes users naturally to products (clothes, accessories, etc.) that appear on video content productions by engaging content production teams and product planning teams from the early stages of short-form video content production.

First, it is a video-based shopping platform where you can purchase products directly on the platform while watching web dramas and entertainment videos;

Second, distributed ledger technology of blockchain that prevents forgery and modulation of data can prevent illegal copying, and create a virtuous ecosystem by efficiently managing copyright in content distribution;

Lastly, in the NFT Market, new actors can make transactions in the NFT Market by NFTizing their photos and videos, and through the market, they can expand and secure their fan base and communicate with them.

Can you give our community a brief introduction behind the inspiration to build ZCON?

A:

In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, consumption of Hallyu content such as dramas, entertainment, and games through online or mobile platforms has increased.

Nevertheless, besides the advertising revenue, web dramas lack profit models, creating less profit for video content producers and actors. As a person who has created contents for a long time, I have been thinking of ways to help create more profit for them.

We hope to contribute to the improvement in profit generation for production companies and actors by combining commerce with web video contents.

在新冠肺炎疫情期间，网络和移动平台韩流内容的消费，如电视剧、娱乐节目和游戏等，迅速增加。

What are your plans for project popularization and marketing?

I have no doubt that quality video content that viewers enjoy consuming alone can work as a good marketing strategy.

However, for wider promotion/marketing, various contents can be secured through joint production with video content companies.

And through marketing partnerships with various internet companies, we can introduce the vision of ZCON Protocol to various users at home and abroad.

诚然，观众喜欢的优质视频内容可以作为一个良好的营销策略。

How does the ZCON team plan to tackle these issues to reach mass adoption?

A:

ZCON is a utility token used as a payment token within the platform. Therefore, we believe that regulations currently in place in each country will not be an obstacle.

However, we will check and respond to national policies and guides frequently.

What is your timeline, and what can we look forward to from ZCON?

I will talk about the video content first.

1. The film ‘Huni’, which finished production early this year and is getting final touches, will be screened this August.

2. The film with completed pre-production “Supporting Actor” is scheduled to be produced sometime in the third quarter of this year.

3. We are currently working on a short-form drama with an artist who signed a management contract. It is currently in a planning stage, and I want to increase the ZCON brand by filming it in August and screening it through YouTube in September.

首先是视频内容：

1.电影《Huni》在今年年初已制作完成，现正在进行最后的调整，将于今年8月上映。

2.电影《Supporting Actor》前期筹备工作已完成，计划在今年第三季度进行制作。

Regarding platform development:

1. First of all, the NFT market that utilizes celebrity contents will open beta service in August and will be officially serviced within the third quarter.

NFT market will be a space for new entertainers to secure a global fan base, providing promising new entertainers with opportunities to grow.

2. Considering the demand for online shopping, we are planning to open a shopping mall that focuses on products exposed to existing dramas first and then service the ZCON platform.
